With AB 500 m/s. 850 dps with with 47km optimal 40 km falloff if you use Imperial Navy Multifrequency. This setup has a bit trouble with cap, that's why I fit an AB. Maybe kill 2 or 3 before they manage to burn out of a bubble and warp off when stuff gets close. With that range will tracking still be an issue? I thought not.

And yes the T3 battlecruisers are nice at applying dps @ range. Nut they are just WOW and AWESOME at keeping falcons off the field. We had a battle and the enemey falcon came in 3 times and had to warp off three time. Outranging falcons: pretty sweet.
